Do I get notified about what my staff is doing?

Goldie empowers Account Owners/administrators to more closely manage their business by setting up notifications of new bookings made by your Staff Members. You can easily do so by taking these steps:


  1. Open Goldie (and ensure you are logged into your account)
  2. Go to Menu (☰) → Staff
  3. Tap the staff member for whom you would like new booking notifications
  4. Tap “Edit” in the top right corner 
  5. Scroll down to the “Booking Notification” section and tap to toggle on/off the notification types you’d like to receive (email/push)
  6. Tap “Save” in the top right corner
