How do I change the staff’s permissions?

Only the Account Owner that manages a business’s Goldie account can change other staff members’ permissions. Doing so simply entailds following these steps:


  1. Open Goldie (and ensure you are logged into your account)
  2. Go to Menu (☰) → Staff
  3. Tap “Staff members.”
  4. Tap on the staff member whose permissions you’d like to change
  5. Tap “Edit” in the top right corner
  6. Tap “User permissions” and select your desired level

  7. Tap “Save” in the top right corner
