How do I set up my staff members to be bookable online?

Goldie users on Team subscription plans can easily update which staff members’ services are bookable online by taking the following steps:


  1. Open Goldie (and ensure you are logged into your account)
  2. Go to Menu (☰) → Staff
  3. Tap “Staff members”
  4. Tap the member whose online booking availability you want to update
  5. Tap “Edit’ in the top right corner
  6. Select the desired option for “Bookable by clients online.”
    1. Note: This option is automatically enabled by default whenever a new staff member is added


Be sure you have associated Staff Members who are available for online booking to the appropriate set of services they offer. Check out this article (especially the note about Team plans) to learn how to edit services to reflect the proper Staff embers who provide it.
