How do I choose how time slots are offered to clients online?

It’s easy to select (or update) what time slots are made available to your customers through your online booking site. To do so, take the following steps:

  1. Open Goldie (and ensure you are logged into your account)

  2. Go to Menu (☰)  → Settings → Online booking

  3. Scroll down and tap on the “Time slots availability.”

  4. From this menu, you can adjust how time slots are presented by choosing and setting up one of a few options:

    1. “According to service duration” - this option means time slots shown will dynamically update based on the length of the offering the client selects while booking

    2. 15 minutes

    3. 30 minutes

    4. Hourly
