How do I configure my booking link and send it to clients?

When you sign up for Goldie, an online booking site is automatically created for you — which your clients can use to easily book appointments with you whenever they’d like. To set up and distribute the link to your booking site for customers to use, simply take the following steps within Goldie (ensuring you’re logged into your account):


  1. Edit your booking link by going to Menu (☰) → Settings → Online booking → Booking website link
    1. You can change what appears after "book.heygoldie.com/" — so your URL could be book.heygoldie.com/my-business. If the link you enter is not available or includes a character that is not supported by the URL, you will be prompted to update the link before confirming
  2. Share your booking link with clients by:
    1. Going to Menu (☰) → Online booking, tapping “Share”, and then selecting how you would like to distribute it (your device will give you options to copy it, send it in a text message or email, share it to Facebook, etc.)
      1. We recommend including your booking link on social media pages. You can also integrate it directly into Facebook and Instagram’s “Book now” buttons (learn how in this guide)
