How do I set when clients can book or cancel an appointment?

Goldie makes it easy to control when clients can book, reschedule, or cancel appointments made online. Follow these steps to update your settings:


  1. Open Goldie (and ensure you are logged into your account)
  2. Go to Menu (☰) → Settings → Online Booking → Booking timeframe (or "Cancellation timeframe", depending on which aspect you would like to adjust)





    3. Set your desired policies on two key aspects of appointment bookings:

  1. How long before the start of the appointment can clients book (or cancel)? — This option determines how much lead time a client must give you by scheduling ahead of the appointment start time. You can select options from “anytime” (which will let them schedule an appointment to start instantly after scheduling) to a set number of hours, days, weeks, or months in advance (the maximum is 12 months).
  2. How long in the future can clients book? — This option lets you control how far in advance clients can view your schedule and make appointments. You can select any of the same timing options as above.
