How do I change the sending device?

Goldie users can access their accounts simultaneously on multiple devices and can choose which device they want messages to clients to be sent from (as long as both devices have text/SMS-enabled plans with their mobile carriers). To select the device that will be used to send messages to clients, take the following steps:


  1. Open Goldie (and ensure you are logged into your account)
  2. Go to Menu (☰) → Settings → Messages → Sending Device






    3. Select your preferred device from those listed (the list will show the devices that have logged              into your Goldie account)
