How do messages work on the Starter (free) plan?

On the Starter plan, any messages you send to clients will come from your mobile phone number. Because they are sent via your mobile carrier, be sure that your mobile plan includes texting/SMS capabilities. While Goldie will not charge you for these messages, your mobile carrier may.


Goldie will prompt you to send messages to clients (since iOS/Android systems prevent us from sending it directly), and you’ll need to tap actually to send the message. It will already be pre-populated based on your message templates, which you can learn how to customize in this article.
