Do I get charged extra for reminders?

On the Starter plan, you will not be charged by Goldie for sending any messages, as they are sent from your phone number via your mobile carrier. The only charges you may incur are text/SMS fees for your mobile plan. You can learn more about messages on these plans in this article.


For subscribers on Pro and Team plans, messages (including reminders) are sent via Goldie's text/SMS delivery system and come from a generic phone number. The Pro plan includes 200 - 500 messages each month (depending on geography), and Team plans include 200 - 500 plus an extra 100 for each additional user, up to 1,000 total. If you use all of the messages included with your Pro or Team subscription, you can purchase more at any time. Learn how to buy extra messages in this article. Unused messages are carried over to the following monthly cycle, after which they expire.


Note: For messages sent through Goldie's text/SMS delivery system, clients’ replies to messages you send them will be forwarded to your mobile device and will count against the total messages available for your account.
