Can I set other message reminders for an appointment?

With Goldie, you can select multiple messages to send along with an appointment. By default, Goldie will only add a ‘Reminder’ message to send to clients before their appointment. Selecting additional messages to send for an appointment is easy - just follow these steps:


  1. Open Goldie (and ensure you are logged into your account)
  2. From the calendar view, tap the appointment for which you’d like to add/edit messages
  3. Tap “Add automated messages.”
  4. Select the messages you’d like to use for the appointment from the list by tapping the checkboxes
  5. Tap “Save” in the top right corner


Note: It is possible to add many messages or set a single message to have multiple sending times, but sending too many messages to a client can affect their experience with your business. We’ve found that short and helpful communications at a few select times often work best.
