How do I set my working days and hours?

To use Goldie to set the days and hours when you are available for appointments, follow the steps below:


  1. Open Goldie (and ensure you are logged into your account)

  2. Go to Menu (☰) → My account (tap on your name) → User Details

  3. Scroll down to the “Working Hours” section and tap on a day to edit its available hours

    1. To prevent a certain day of the week from appearing as available for bookings, simply tap to uncheck the blue circle on the left side of the screen

      1. Note: The hours you set for each day of the week will apply indefinitely, so you will need to update them any time you have a permanent shift in your availability. For short-term changes such as vacations, we recommend setting up personal events (see how in this article) for the time during which you will be unavailable

    2. To add another interval of availability for a day of the week (e.g., 9:00-11:00 AM and 2:00-5:30 PM), tap the “+” button on the right side of the screen.

  4. After setting your working hours for each day, tap “Save” in the upper right corner
