How do I export my Goldie data?

It’s easy to export all of your data from your Goldie account - including Clients, Appointments, Services, and User Account data.


To do so, simply take the following steps:


  1. Open Goldie (and ensure you are logged into your account)
  2. Go to Menu (☰) → My Account (tap on your name) → Export Data
  3. Goldie will then send you an email containing your data within 15 minutes (depending on the amount of data you’ll be exporting from your account)


Your download link will expire after seven days. The data you download will be shared with you in a ZIP file — so be sure your device can open ZIP files and look inside the ZIP folder to find the CSV file that contains the data.


*Note for Team subscribers: The export data option will be available only to the Account Owner. In the Appointments.csv file, a column will note which staff member the appointment was assigned to. In the Services.csv file, a new column will note which staff member provided the service.
