You can easily reset the password to your Goldie account by taking the following steps:
- Open the Goldie app and tap “Continue with email,” enter your email address, and tap “Continue.”
- Tap “Forgot your password?” (under the “Sign in” button)
- Your email address will be automatically prefilled. Tap “Reset password,” and you will receive an email from Goldie with a link to reset the password.
Note: The link can only be used once and is only available for 24 hours.
Open the link from the email and enter a new password. Tap “Change Password,” and your account credentials will be updated. You’re good to go!
You can now re-open the app, click “Continue with email,” and log into your account with your email address and new password.
If you use Goldie across multiple devices, you’ll need to log in using the new password on each device.
