How do I create a new Goldie account?

To get started with Goldie, you’ll need to install our app on your mobile device. It's available in both the Apple (iOS) and Google Play app stores.



Once you’ve downloaded the app, it’s easy to set up your account. Simply take the following steps:


  1. Open the Goldie app

  2. Select your method for account creation - you can use your email address or log in via Google, Facebook, or Apple ID (on iOS devices)

    1. If you choose to link your account via Google/Facebook/Apple, you’ll be temporarily redirected to complete that connection. Tap “Continue” to be taken to the corresponding login page

    2. If you choose to enter an email address instead, you’ll be prompted to create a password

      1. Most users find it helpful to opt-in to emails about product releases, discounts, updates, and other important Goldie information. Just check the corresponding circle to do so.

  3. Next, you will enter a few key details about yourself/your business - which helps ensure you get the most out of Goldie:

    1. Name

    2. Business Name

    3. Profession

    4. Phone numberIMG_7638.PNG

  4. Once you enter and submit that information, you’ll have an Goldie account - congrats! 

    From there, you’ll be prompted to copy/make note of your online booking link - which you can use to allow your customers to easily schedule appointments at any time. You can learn more about online booking and its features here.



    In the app, you’ll be given a brief tour of Goldie.  To help set you up for success, we recommend you do the following:
